The Japan Travel Fair will showcase more than 10 leading tourism exhibitors, and feature Japanese tourism attraction and atmosphere to celebrate India-Japan Year of Tourism Exchanges. What is "India-Japan Tourism Exchanges Year"?

 

India and Japan extended "India-Japan Tourism Exchange Year"  to another year in 2024, with the theme of "Connecting the Himalayas with Mount Fuji", and agreed to hold an India Month and Japan Month , in each other's countries, later in the year.   

September-October 2024 has been designated as "Japan Month" with the objective of advancing bilateral relations between India and Japan across multiple areas, including politics, security, economics and culture. Many events focusing on trade, investment, culture, people-to-people exchanges and other fields including seminars, symposia, exhibitions, etc., will be organized.
