According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, Typhoon Mitag (18th typhoon) has changed its form to temperate cyclone, however, is causing heavy rain in Tohoku and Hokuriku, moving northward to Hokkaido. Unstable weather might also affect transport delays and suspensions. Please check below websites for the latest information on airports, flights and train services.
