コミュタン福島で、東日本大震災、放射線問題、福島の環境について深く考える

2011年に3つの災害（地震、津波、放射線）が同時に福島県を襲い、人々の間では混乱と不安が広がりました。その後、放射線と福島の環境について理解を深めてもらうため、2016年7月、三春町に福島県環境創造センター交流棟（コミュタン福島）が開設されました。
コミュタン福島は、幅広い世代の来館者が様々な体験型展示を通じて学習できる無料施設です。最初に来館者全員が目にする展示「ふくしまの3.11から」では、2011年3月11日に発生した地震と津波、そこから始まるふくしまと原子力災害の闘いの記録を振り返ります。また、放射線の種類や影響と共に、被ばくから身を守る方法を学ぶことができる「放射線ラボ」も必見です。さらに、「環境創造ラボ」は、原子力に頼らない再生可能エネルギーや循環型社会の促進を目指しています。独特な全球型ドームシアターの「環境創造シアター」は、迫力ある映像と音響を通して、放射線の基礎知識を伝えると共に、福島の美しい自然と文化遺産を紹介します。
コミュタン福島を利用する場合、三春町町営バスが往復ともに無料になります。コミュタン福島を経由する路線は、三春駅から1日に4本運行しています。バスの時刻表は、福島県環境創造センターのホームページで確認することができます。

A Base for Environmental Recovery and Creation in Fukushima
Take an in-depth look at the 3/11 disaster, radiation issues, and Fukushima’s environment today at Commutan Fukushima
The triple disaster (earthquake, tsunami, nuclear radiation) that struck Fukushima Prefecture in 2011 caused panic and worry among the people. To help educate the public on radiation and the environment of Fukushima, the Fukushima Prefectural Centre for Environmental Creation’s Information and Communication Building (“Commutan Fukushima”) was opened in the town of Miharu in July 2016.
“Commutan Fukushima” welcomes visitors of all ages to explore a range of interactive exhibits free of charge. An obligatory first stop is the “Fukushima since March 11, 2011” section, where one can look back on records of the earthquake, tsunami, and Fukushima’s struggle against the nuclear disaster that began with 3/11 incident. Another must-see exhibit is the “Radiation Lab,” where visitors can learn about the varieties and effects of radiation, along with how to protect oneself from radiation exposure. Aside from these, the “Environmental Creation Lab” seeks to promote renewable energy and a sustainable society that does not depend on nuclear power. The “Environmental Creation Theater” is a unique full-sphere projection theater that enlightens the audience about radiation fundamentals and shows off Fukushma’s natural beauty and cultural legacy through dynamic video and acoustics.
A town-operated bus that stops at Commutan Fukushima runs 4 times a day from Miharu Station, and is free of charge for visitors to Commutan Fukushima. The schedule is available on the Centre’s website.
