Whale Watching in the Kerama Shoto Islands

Step aboard a carefully coordinated ocean safari

Head to the Kerama Shoto Islands to join an exciting tour that takes in one of the Northern Hemisphere’s few breeding grounds for humpback whales. Dedicated whale spotters scan the ocean from an observatory and relay their reports to the captain, who will then navigate the boat to where they were seen. This strategy maximizes your chances of seeing as many whales as possible.
