This is special spring-only bus service travels down the Norikura Echo Line when it is closed to ordinary traffic. Depending on the snow removal conditions, the bus will run to the Kuraigahara Sanso mountain retreat from late April to late May, and to the Daisekkei Katanokoyaguchi snow field from early to late June. From the bus window, you can take in the area’s unique high-walled snow corridors as well as spectacular views of Mt. Norikura. You can also get off at the Kuraigahara Sanso mountain retreat and Daisekkei Katanokoyaguchi snow field and enjoy spring mountain activities such as mountain skiing, snowshoeing, playing in the snow, and photography. Note that service may be suspended due to weather conditions.
