Each aspect of the hotel has been designed with exceptional attention to detail, featuring wooden sliding doors carved by artisans in Niigata, washi paper artwork by Eriko Horiki, and calligraphy by Nobuko Kawahara that depicts the passage of the four seasons. A key architectural feature is the 8-meter-high curved corridor with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on the garden.
