2 hours 20 minutes from Nagoya Station to Kashikojima Station by Kintetsu Limited Express, then 1 minute walk to Kashikojima Port, followed by a 20-minute sea taxi ride. Helicopter access is also available from heliports at Tokyo Shinkiba, Kyoto Fushimi, Kyoto Takagamine, Osaka Maishima, and Centrair.
