INCENTIVE GROUP SUPPORT
ELIGIBILITY:
1. Corporate incentive group or corporate meeting group (not eligible for family groups, student groups, community groups).
2. NO minimum stays in Japan.
3. NO minimum pax in one group.
4. Applies to confirmed group or still on bidding process.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Requst form.
2. Detail itenerary.
3. Appointed letter from client's company.
4. Final rooming list (can be sent until near the departure date).
5. Submit to jnto_jkt@jnto.go.jp at the latest 5 week prior departure date.
SUPPORT MENU:
JNTO Jakarta : Giveaways (subject to availability)
Prefectures or CVBs : Giveaways / Map & Guide Book / Performance depends on predectures or
CVBs support menu and regulation.
*Incentive groups are only entitled to get support from one party (JNTO only or CVB Only)
