Experience full-course kaiseki dining at an elegant venue with tea-ceremony aesthetics

Ryotei [Cerulean Tower Sukiya]

The elegant ryotei restaurant at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel offers an immersive traditional dining experience in an intimate setting with an authentic Japanese tearoom design.

Here, classical Japanese architecture and atmosphere combines with unparalleled "omotenashi" hospitality and outstanding "kaiseki" cuisine, for an exclusive once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Diners have sole use of the three-room suite that faithfully recreates the "sukiya-zukuri" style, complete with an indoor "roji" teahouse garden. Only available for two private bookings each day, the large "tatami" room seats 14, and overlooks the hotel’s gorgeous Noh theater.

The ryotei-style dining serves exquisite, traditional full-course "kaiseki" cuisine. The focus on seasonality and a simple, elegant presentation is taken to new levels by Nobuhiko Fukuda, the mastermind of CERULEAN TOWER SUKIYA and a leading light of Japan’s culinary world, recognized as a “Modern Master Craftsman” of Japan.
