For those considering hosting a conference or incentive tour in Sendai, we are pleased to introduce the latest subsidy program and the many attractions of Sendai, Japan! We, the Sendai Tourism, Convention and International Association, an external organization of Sendai City, have been attracting and supporting domestic and international conferences and incentive tours for many years. This year, we are particularly focused on attracting and supporting conferences and incentive tours from private companies and organizations abroad, and we have established a new subsidy program.
This subsidy program includes:
- Partial assistance for accommodation costs for those who stay in Sendai City and use conference facilities.
- Partial assistance for expenses such as charter bus costs for local attractions and tours in Sendai City.
