Response Actions

When civil protection information is issued, remain calm and evacuate to a building or underground immediately. 
If you cannot find a building nearby, lie flat on the ground or take cover behind anything that might offer protection.

About Civil Protection

If a ballistic missile is launched towards Japan, the time it takes for it to reach Japan would be extremely short. Hypothetically speaking, if it is expected that a missile will pass through Japan, the Japanese government will use the National Early Warning System (J-ALERT) at any time to transmit emergency messages.
