1. Public Support for Travel to Japan

The JNTO Stockholm Office primarily conducts B2B (business-to-business) activities to promote travel to Japan within the Nordic market. This means that the JNTO Stockholm Office is unfortunately not able to respond to individual enquiries related to personal trip planning, bookings, or other B2C (business-to-consumer) questions.

However, the AI chatbot located at the bottom-right of this page can assist you in your own language with travel inspiration and practical information. And, if you have questions or encounter any issues while traveling in Japan, please feel free to call the JNTO Tourist Information Center (TIC) Call Center, our dedicated phone support service available in English to visitors.

JNTO TIC Call Center (Operating hours: 9:00–17:00, Japan Standard Time)

– Until March 31st, 2026: +81 (0)3‑3201‑3331

– From April 1st, 2026: +81 (0)50‑3416‑0010
