・Winners who failed to fill in the Prize Delivery Form sent in the winning DM by the given deadline, the organizer reserves its absolute right to forfeit the prize and select another winner without being liable or responsible to the winner in any manner whatsoever.
・By filling up the Prize Delivery Form, winners hereby consent to JNTO to process the personal data collected from the winners in accordance with the Privacy Policy of JNTO published at https://www.japan.travel/en/my/privacy-policy/.
・The prizes are not exchangable or redeemable for cash or any other items and cannot be resold or offered for resale.
・The organizer may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion substitute the Prize with other items of an equal or similar value with or without conditions.
・The organizer shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or breakages of the awarded items once they have been handed over to the designated logistics partners.
・Winners are limited to receive only one (1) prize set per person, regardless of multiple entries submitted for multiple prize sets.
・Participants who unfollow the account at the time of the draw, or who have deleted their applied SNS accounts, are not eligible for selection.
