On October 28, 2007, The Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (CLAIR), the Consulate General of Japan and the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme Alumni Association of New York (JETAA-NY) welcomed the returning JETs from at the Nippon Club. Throughout the day the returning JETs had the chance to attend a career forum. Many JET alumni helped out with panels and discussion. The Japan National Tourist Organization (JNTO) who has had a budget of the The Visit Japan Campaign -Yokoso! <st1:country-region w:st="on">Japan</st1:country-region> (Yokoso means welcome) knows the importance of JETAA who can promote <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Japan</st1:place></st1:country-region> through their amazing JET experiences. JETAA are the Special Representative for the Visit Japan Campaign. JNTO created luggage tags specifically for JETAA which were distributed at the end of the reception.
