In the September 16th issue of his weekly travel column syndicated by King Features, Arthur Frommer recommends another option for tours. He suggests that Americans might actually be interested in taking a tour to with an Australian tour operator. This not only gives Americans the cultural experience of traveling to but also of traveling with Australians. He suggests an Aussie company called Intrepid Traveler. He also feels that they were more hands on than other tours he had seen, offering the option of actually staying in a Buddhist Monastary.
