Deadline, place and method of submission of proposal：Submit to haruna_sue@jnto.go.jp above by 5pm, April 30th, 2021 (must be received by Eastern Standard Time)
Limited to hand delivery , by post, or through the JNTO File Transfer System.
-In the case of submitting by post, the proposal must be received by the submission deadline, and record of delivery must be certifiable.
-The email with the proposal attached must be received by the submission deadline.
-If you prefer submitting the proposal through the JNTO File Transfer System due to the large size of the electronic file, make a request for the upload URL to the email address.
