Akiota City Management Inc.
With its high-quality snow, crystal-clear blue skies, and friendly atmosphere, Osorakan Snow Park is a hidden gem for winter sports in western Japan. At an elevation of 1,346 meters, the park offers several exciting ski routes ranging from beginner to advanced. Our slopes have an elevation difference of 420 meters from the base to the peak, allowing for a wide variety of skiing styles from alpine to downhill skiing. In favorable weather, you can snow trek to the mountain peak to experience some of the best views in Hiroshima, seeing out as far as the sea. Just catch a one-hour bus ride into Akiota Town from the Hiroshima City Bus Center and the staff members from Osorakan will take you the rest of the way on a free shuttle bus! What’s more, every year they offer daily discounts for young visitors (up through age 22) and a weekly discounted ladies’ day. So spice up your winter and go on an adventurous getaway with your partner, a fun holiday with your family, or a winter trip with your pals at Osorakan Snow Park!
