The Sheraton Hotel, on the grounds of the Phoenix Seagaia Resort area, is Miyazaki's most prominent hotel.

Play a round on a championship level golf course

One of the biggest attractions of the Phoenix Seagaia Resort area are the high-quality golf courses. Enthusiasts from all over Asia come to these parts every week to play a round at these courses.

The courses include the Tom Watson golf course, designed by PGA star player Tom Watson, and the Phoenix Country Club which is home to one of the Japanese Golf Tour's biggest tournaments every November.

From spring to autumn, you can even play night golf. Reserve your round with the Sheraton Hotel staff in advance.

Stay active in the cool, lush forests nearby

Opposite the ocean is an entire forest area with dedicated walkways and cycling paths. It's cool in the summer and you can spend hours among the trees.

Numerous festivals are held throughout the year at the resort's neighboring Florante Miyazaki. Visitors can enjoy seasonal floral events. Check the calendar at any of the major hotels for schedules and information.
