Yesterday, General Tours had its final seminar for Liberty Travel at Kitano Hotel. The turn out was not spectacular, however, the agents were quite knowledgable about international destinations. That would of course make sense since the majority of agents were from Manhattan. There were a total of four colleagues from Japan National Tourist Organization (JNTO) that attended this dinner. Our President, Mr. Hiragochi, Director, Ms. Kawasaki, Japan Travel Specialist Coordnator, Ms. Maratea and Ms. Ishizuka, Web & Marketing Specialist. I think we all learned what the truth is out in the field and the challenges it entails; How JNTO needs to target the right groups effectively in order to have more Americans travel to Japan. T.I.
