On Tuesday, May 15, 2007 19:30 at Chart House - Weehawken, NJ, General Tours had a special seminar for Liberty Travel. Japan National Tourist Organization-JNTO was allowed to attend this seminar to speak briefly about Japan and what it offers for travelers. General Tours presented a power point presentation and distributed goodie bags to everyone. The presentation was informative to the operators, especially since only a single person visited Japan out of this group. Perhaps, fam trips should be provided to agents, so that they are more knowledable about Japan. And therefore can sell effectively to clients. Maybe there will be one this fall. We shall see. There is also a seminar tonight at the Kitano.
