At Japan Airlines, it is our mission and responsibility to maintain flight safety. To continue to provide a secure and comfortable travel environment for the well-being of our customers and crew, we have taken additional measures in response to COVID-19 including:
・Enhanced overnight cleaning and disinfection of aircraft cabins in Japan
・Required cabin crew to wear face coverings on board & gloves during meal service
・Blocked select seats in economy class to promote social distancing on board
And we have:
・HEPA Air Filters on all JAL aircraft for continuous exchange of fresh air every 2-3 minutes
・Requested all guests wear face coverings
