Hotel Autumn is one of the best seasons for Japanese cuisine. In Kinsui, our Japanese Ryotei (restaurant) in our Japanese Garden, we are using the best autumn/winter ingredients like fugu, crab, cod, turnip, shrimp, potato, etc. in our Japanese Kaiseki menu.
