Nara Hotel Unveils Renewed West Wing
Nara Hotel will fully reopen on September 2, 2026, following large-scale renovations that began in January. Founded in 1909 and long known as the “Guest House of Kansai,” the hotel preserves its classic atmosphere in the Main Building, while the West Wing (formerly the New Building) has been renewed with a new concept “Pure and Serene”. With 114 rooms, the West Wing blends tradition with modern comfort across new Premium and Superior categories. Highlights include the 33.70sq m West Wing Superior Twin room. Overlooking a lush courtyard, the West Wing rooms offer guests a peaceful and refined retreat.
