Blanc Rouge, the signature restaurant at The Tokyo Station Hotel, offers a refined degustation course inspired by the spirit of Japanese kaiseki cuisine, featuring carefully selected seasonal ingredients from across Japan. Created by a Japanese chef with a delicate artistic sensibility, each dish is beautifully presented like a painting, bringing together treasures from both sea and mountain. Located within the historic Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building, the restaurant has welcomed guests since we opened in 1915. Large windows overlooking passing trains create a uniquely Tokyo dining experience blending heritage, gastronomy, and atmosphere. We also offer accommodation packages for anniversary stay that include dinner at Blanc Rouge.
