In cooperation with the popular Shichiken Sake Brewery from Yamanashi, The Ritz-Carlton has produced this original Japanese rice wine. The sake is derived only from the finest rice the Yumesansui brand of sake rice. This sake has been produced with the help of over 250 years of Shichiken expertise and experience.
