How to Get There
Flower Park Kagoshima can be easily reached from Ibusuki Onsen and the Chiran area.
Hourly buses depart from Ibusuki Station and take 30 minutes to get to the park. Sightseeing buses also depart from Kagoshima Chuo Station on a regular basis.
Flower Park Kagoshima can be accessed by car from Kagoshima City in 90 minutes.

A world of flowers
Flower Park Kagoshima is divided into three main areas. Specimens native to Kyushu are accompanied by plant life from Africa, Australia, and South America. Two courses around the park take 30 minutes to an hour to walk.

You can enjoy Kagoshima Flower Park all year round as changes to the displays are made each season. The greenhouses have permanent displays of tropical plant life throughout the year. Enjoy your walk alongside the many butterflies drawn to the flowers.
