Edo Wonderland Nikko Edomura is not just a visual attraction. Visitors can dress in the kimono styles of various classes of citizens and interact with other Edoites as they stroll through the streets of what Tokyo was like centuries ago. A variety of programs for children are also available, including ninja and samurai experiences.
Visitors can learn about the work of 17th-century firefighters, wander through a mechanical ninja maze, or try their hands at a variety of cultural arts and activities. Numerous performances and events take place throughout the day, making visitors wonder if they’ve truly traveled back in time.
