Experience Artistic Excellence at the Mori Art Museum
World-class contemporary art and stunning city views await in the heart of Tokyo
The Mori Art Museum is a prime destination in Tokyo for contemporary art. It features truly multifaceted special exhibitions curated with its own unique perspective, as seen in solo showcases of Shiota Chiharu, N. S. Harsha, Dinh Q. Lê, Takashi Murakami, and many other noted artists. The exhibitions cover an impressive range of artistic styles and genres; everything from paintings to architecture, fashion, and more are represented throughout the year.
The museum boasts a prime location on the 53rd floor of the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower. For an additional fee, visitors can venture to the Tokyo City View or the rooftop Sky Deck, which offers breathtaking views of the metropolis—and as far off as Mt. Fuji when the skies are clear.
The museum’s twin eateries, Café The Sun and Restaurant The Moon, are located on the 53rd floor. Enjoy pasta dishes and other Western-style brasserie fare at Café The Sun, or treat yourself to the afternoon tea or dinner at the lunar-themed Restaurant The Moon, where you’ll find stellar evening views of its namesake celestial body.
Access: From Tokyo Station, take the Marunouchi Line subway to Kasumigaseki Station (about five minutes), then transfer to the Hibiya Line subway to Roppongi Station (about six minutes) and walk about eight minutes to the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.
