Hyogo Tourism Bureau
Haru San San is a farm-to-table restaurant where you can enjoy freshly harvested vegetables and interact with local farmers. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Awaji Island, Haru San San offers a selection of fresh vegetables and locally sourced ingredients, cultivated with care by local producers for your enjoyment.
The vegetables used in the dishes are all grown in the lush landscape of fields right in front of the restaurant. To coincide with the harvest seasons, regular “field work” events are held, allowing guests to personally harvest the freshest vegetables and experience the blessings of nature firsthand.
The cuisine is crafted to bring out the unique qualities of each vegetable, with a focus on showcasing over ten varieties in appetizers, a soup-of-the-day brimming with seasonal vegetables, and main courses and desserts that make full use of every part of the vegetable, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.
The restaurant is housed in a structure that incorporates paper tubes and a thatched roof, offering an opportunity to savor the ambiance of traditional Japanese architecture while enjoying your meal. Come and savor the gourmet delights of fresh vegetables at Haru San San.
