Learn all about pearls and make your own pearl jewelry at Ise-Shima, the birthplace of Japanese pearl farming
“Visit ISESHIMA” Bureau
Featuring approximately 4,000 pearl products, Pearl Falco is a pearl specialty shop located in Ise-Shima, the hometown of pearls in Japan. In addition to shopping at our spacious store, we encourage visitors to experience all aspects of the pearl industry, from trying on jewelry and experiencing pearl extraction, to crafting accessories using Akoya pearls and freshwater pearls, making bath bombs with pearl powder, and attending lectures to learn all about pearls. By learning about Japan's world-famous pearls, you will also learn about Japanese culture.
Pearl Falco offers numerous hands-on experiences. You can wear authentic pearl products, take photos, and upload them to social media. One of our newer activities, the pearl-picking experience, has become very popular as well and is something which even small children can enjoy. You also have the opportunity to make a one-of-a-kind brooch or pendant using a pearl which you picked yourself.
