At the Ozeki Cooking School in Gifu, globe-trotting Chef Shuji Ozeki shares his culinary secrets

 

Instead of just eating delicious Japanese food, take the opportunity to learn to make it yourself.

Having lived in Sydney, Australia for 10 years, Chef Shuji Ozeki is a fluent English speaker who has been offering hands-on washoku (Japanese cuisine) workshops to visitors from dozens of countries around the world.

On the agenda is everything needed for preparing delicious washoku, from procuring the freshest ingredients to preparing the healthiest and most delicious fare. 
Chef Shuji’s passion for cooking, his spirit of Japanese hospitality, and his commitment to well-being and harmony through food shines through at all times. Amaze yourself and create Japanese food on your own that is tastier than you ever thought possible.

Access: From Nagoya Station, walk to the Meitetsu Bus Center (about three minutes), then take the Gifu Bus to the Sakaemachi 1-Chome stop (about one hour 20 minutes) and walk one minute to the venue.
