Known for the beautiful sceneries offered each season, Kikuchi Gorge is a Kyushu destination that can be visited any time throughout the year. With an average water temperature of 14°C, the waters cool the whole valley like a natural air-conditioning system, making it a perfect place to visit in the summers. Stay the night for an early morning nature stroll, and you may be able to witness the magnificent glowy ambiance of the sunlight shining upon the fog.
