The Upopoy National Ainu Museum and Park introduces Ainu culture in the grand nature of the adjacent Lake Poroto. Here, visitors can immerse their five senses in Ainu culture with a variety of exhibits and programs, such as Ainu traditional dances and recreations of traditional cise (houses). The craft studio and workshop also offer demonstrations and hands-on experiences of playing musical instruments and making traditional crafts.
