The operations of JR Hokkaido, Hokkaido Shinkansen, Rapid Airport Trains, Sapporo Municipal Subway, and Tram lines in Sapporo city have started regular operations.

Free Wi-Fi Service for emergency

Free public Wi-Fi service with SSID “00000JAPAN” is available in Hokkaido since September 6th. It can be connected with all Wi-Fi available devices, without any contract with telecommunication careers in Japan (only in case of disasters).
*Free Wi-Fi Service will be discontinued sequentially after Sep 25.

Multilingual telephone consultation service by Hokkaido Government

Hokkaido Government has launched multilingual telephone consultation service for people living or traveling in Hokkaido. The serivice is avaliable in English, Chinese and Korean on weekdays from 8:45am to 5:30 pm.Contact information: 011-204-5937 or 011-204-5092
