See the illuminated 'hyoubaku' (frozen waterfalls) and 'tsurara' (icicles) of Oirase Gorge
This bus tour takes you to see the lit-up frozen waterfalls and icicles of Oirase Gorge, a beautiful gorge that has been designated as a natural treasure of Japan and is a famous spot for photos. The night illuminations are only viewable by tour participants. Enjoy the comfort of a warm bus accompanied by a local guide who will explain the nature of Oirase Gorge as you travel to five famous illuminated spots, including Makado Iwa (rock formation), Kumoi no taki (Kumoi Falls), and Shiranuno no taki (Shiranuno Falls). You can see a side of Oirase Gorge that is worlds apart from its daytime face.
