Refined Macrobiotic Cuisine in a Timeless Farmhouse

Treat your taste buds to a vegan feast in this traditional Japanese farmhouse

At the foot of the lush and verdant Mt. Mino in Fukuoka Prefecture, Kyushu, is Le Restaurant du Haze. Set in an idyllic renovated building dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, Haze seamlessly unites simple, natural, and modern elements to create a holistic and inimitable dining experience. Lunch or dinner courses can be booked by email or phone (dinner is only available by reservation).
