Enjoy a half-day of sustainable rafting around Mitake Gorge while learning about the environmental issues facing the Tama River. This tour is led by Daigo Shibata, a local environmentalist and globally ranked rafter who will guide you in your rafting and involve you in litter picking as you cruise down the river. The river itself has a variety of currents of different speeds that makes for an enjoyable rafting experience. Mr. Shibata's persistence and dedication to the environment will inspire you to contribute to cleanup efforts for the betterment of all.
