An enjoyable day of forest conservation and sake tasting
Each spring, Ozawa Sake Brewery plants new maple and mountain cherry saplings to help sustain the surrounding forests for the future. The brewery has operated here for over 300 years next to the clear waters of the Tama River. You can contribute to the conservation of the beautiful area, then enjoy a special lunch of tofu cuisine with sake tasting at the brewery's on-site restaurant. To commemorate the day, you can make a personalized sake label.
