Enjoy the great outdoors in some of Sanriku Fukko (reconstruction) National Park's most beautiful locations. A certified guide will lead you on a tour that features sea kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and snorkelling around Shizugawa Bay. The tour also encompasses some of the Michinoku Coastal Trail, a trail running from Aomori to Fukushima, which has been developed as a symbol of the area’s recovery after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami of March 11, 2011.

This educational and active day will introduce you to northeastern Japan's spectacular coastline, including Ishinomaki, Tome and Minamisanriku's Ria coast.

Duration Marine program: 2 hours. Trail walking: half- or full-day
Cost Adults: 4,500 yen, children: 3,500 yen. Guide fee varies by course.
