Board a small motorboat for a tour around the coastal waters of Rausu, part of the World Natural Heritage Site Shiretoko.

Set sail on a sightseeing boat excursion on either the Aurora or Aurora 3. The Aurora is a large and stable vessel that sails as far as Cape Shretoko and offers beautiful views of the coastal scenery. Aurora 3 is a smaller vessel that skirts the coast, ideal for people wanting to observe the wildlife of the peninsula. It goes as far as Rusha Bay, a bear habitat. Binoculars are available free of charge on the Aurora 3 to aid you spot bears, dolphins, and sometimes even whales.
