Hike to sweeping views and relax in a natural hot spring
Mount Mocchomudake's position at a height of 940 meters, with close proximity to the ocean, means a relatively short (but strenuous) hike grants visitors sweeping views of the area. Relax afterwards with a dip in a natural hot spring at Onoaida Onsen. At 49 degrees Celsius, the water of Onoaida Onsen is especially hot. The geothermically heated water bubbles up from between the stones of the bath.
