Ehime Prefecture, on the island of Shikoku, is a cycling paradise. There are nearly 30 courses cyclists can use to explore Ehime’s natural beauty and culture, ranging from long-distance courses for intermediate and advanced cyclists, and family-friendly courses that can be enjoyed over the course of an afternoon. The 82-kilometer-long Iyonada-Sadamisaki Setokaze Kaido is a recommended course where cyclists can enjoy beautiful seasonal flowers alongside the calm, blue waters of Iyonada.The routes are easy to navigate thanks to a guiding blue line along the routes, and there are many cycle rental centers and volunteers to support those sightseeing by bicycle. Take a soak in the historic hot springs of Dogo Onsen afterward to relax your tired muscles.

Access
From Matsuyama Airport, take a 20-minute bus ride to JR Matsuyama Station. From there, it takes about 10 minutes on the Yosan Line to JR Iyoshi Station.
