Challenge yourself to a hill climb up a route on Shikoku’s tallest peak, Mt. Ishizuchi. The route follows the Ishizuchi Skyline, an 18-kilometer-long road that starts at the entrance of the picturesque Omogo Gorge and leads to Tsuchigoya. The road alternates between steep and gentle climbs, making endurance essential for all cyclists. It is accessible year-round, but the mountainsides are especially beautiful in autumn, when covered in vibrant foliage. The view from the top is unparalleled, and stretches as far as Kyushu when conditions are clear.
