The Mountain View course takes you to a beech forest via a downhill journey with a total altitude difference of 500 meters. The Mountain Bike Course is a more adventurous version with a significant offroad portion sure to thrill experienced cyclists.

The Sea Course brings you from the mountainside to the water, showcasing the bucolic scenery of the countryside and the blue of the sea. The Country Course allows you to glimpse of the lifestyle and culture of rural Japan, with views of snow-capped Mount Daisen in the background and boats upon the sea.

Finally, the Satoyama Course is an easy cycling tour through the beautiful foothills of the Morinokuni area. You'll experience not only majestic Mount Daisen, but the smaller mountains of Koreizan and Nabeyama, the legendary Akamatsuno Pond, and other picturesque locations.
