Refresh your body and mind in Shinano's therapeutic forest
Shinanomachi Woods-Life Community promotes healing therapies based in the forest around Shinano, which is located north of Nagano on the border of Myoko-Togakushi renzan National Park. At the Iyashi-no-Mori Center retreat, a forest medical trainer will help you select from healing activities such as shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), aromatherapy, yoga, mountain climbing, and art therapy—all designed to promote calmness and healing.
You will be given a medical check upon arrival and after you have completed treatment, so that you can track your progress.
