A lush forest filled with blissful birdsong
Kannonnuma Forest Park is home to a diverse array of wild birds, and the area is alive with birdsong from dawn until dusk. Explore the forest via the park's extensive nature paths, which give visitors access to Kannonnuma Marsh. Observe how the islands in the marsh seem to float above the water, and then follow the paths into the woodland to explore the inner forest.
The park is open year-round, but fall is undoubtedly the best time to visit, when you can see the reflection of vibrantly hued trees in the marsh. Colorful flowers bloom around the marsh in spring and summer.
