A skiers-only resort perfect for families and beginners
The Nasu Onsen Family Ski Resort is located at a height of 1,300 meters, and features splendid views. This family-oriented resort is exclusively for skiers. Families with younger children can head to the 70-meter sledding park and snow play area. The park has a snow escalator (magic carpet) so parents and children can easily climb up the slope. Novices can explore many of the other gentle slopes to build their confidence.
Intermediate skiers need not feel left out, as this resort has reliable snowfall and is known for having lots of soft powder. After a morning on the slopes, refuel at the onsite restaurant Yukidaruma.
