Stroll a forest path surrounded by a thick web of evergreen branches
Traverse the Seibu Rindo forest path, which weaves under a tunnel-like green canopy of entwined evergreen branches. About 15 kilometers of the roughly 20-kilometer path passes through the virgin forest of the Yakushima World Heritage site.
While walking the path, you may be able to spot wild Yakushima monkeys and deer that live in the dense woodlands.
