Hachinohe Shuzo Sake brewery comprises of two juxtaposed buildings – the wooden structure serves as an office, the other redbrick warehouse is where they produce and store sake. This sake brewery was built more than a century ago, it is now well-received after winning a gold medal in the International Wine Challenge and Liquor Division. Take a tour around the brewery and learn how sake is produced and stored. With an additional 500 yen, you can try out assorted choices of sake and buy your favourite sake home with you.
