Kouri Bridge Cycling
Kouri Island is a tropical slice of paradise off the northwest coast of Okinawa’s main island, connected to the mainland by the two-kilometer-long Kouri Bridge. The best way to reach this idyllic destination is by rental cycle. Enjoy the sunshine and warm island breeze, and admire the sweeping, panoramic views of the vivid blue sea surrounding Kouri. The island itself is compact and easy to explore by bicycle; cruise past fields of sugarcane and purple potatoes, and be sure to stop by the Heart Rocks of Tinu Beach. Kouri Bridge is part of the about 58-kilometer-long Motobu Peninsula Round-Trip Course, which runs along the beautiful Nago coast.
